      - Market leadership/ Privileged position in the Payments & Financial Services Industry - Very good work-life balance - Very good place for those who value stability - Company focus on Mobility and career progression - Good technologies to learn - Very good way to enter into the payments domain

      Cons

      - Not the best direct compensation package in town, but the overall Benefits package is very attractive. - A lot depends on the location you join. The culture is very much HQ centric (Brussels). You miss out on a whole host of things, including very good career possibilities, if you are not there.

      Nice offices. Great colleagues. Interesting work. Truly great healthcare International travel

      Cons

      Poor senior management and too many middle managers Terrible performance management approach related to who you know not what you do. Good engineers are leaving because there are no promotions and the pay has fallen far behind other companies
