Pros

Job security and company benefits are outstanding. Specially health insurance. Maybe the best health insurance in the US. Growth may be limited but possible by all means. Turnover rate is low. Employees tend to stay for long time.

Cons

Low salaries. Due to the offered benefits and stability, the company salaries are relatively low compared to other companies on similar business. Since it's a (non-profit) Coop, management do not have autonomy on making key decisions to retain their employees.

Nice offices. Great colleagues. Interesting work. Truly great healthcare International travel

Cons

Poor senior management and too many middle managers Terrible performance management approach related to who you know not what you do. Good engineers are leaving because there are no promotions and the pay has fallen far behind other companies
