      Great flexibility in terms of work arrangement (even before the pandemic), great benefits (i.e. the fixed benefits & even have additional perks from time to time), nice office, diverse environment

      Nice offices. Great colleagues. Interesting work. Truly great healthcare International travel

      Cons

      Poor senior management and too many middle managers Terrible performance management approach related to who you know not what you do. Good engineers are leaving because there are no promotions and the pay has fallen far behind other companies
