      Great onboarding experience, hybrid flexible working, people are super friendly and SWIFT were so helpful in accommodating a flexible working pattern initially as I was coming back from maternity leave.

      As a big organization, it naturally has lengthy governance processes

      Nice offices. Great colleagues. Interesting work. Truly great healthcare International travel

      Cons

      Poor senior management and too many middle managers Terrible performance management approach related to who you know not what you do. Good engineers are leaving because there are no promotions and the pay has fallen far behind other companies
