      Pros

      From my experience, work life balance is one of the best perks of working at Swift. Benefits are very generous too (12% pension, high quality private medical+dental insurance)

      Cons

      Lack of visibility of different tribes. No clear career progression.

      Nice offices. Great colleagues. Interesting work. Truly great healthcare International travel

      Cons

      Poor senior management and too many middle managers Terrible performance management approach related to who you know not what you do. Good engineers are leaving because there are no promotions and the pay has fallen far behind other companies
