      You work with talented and very nice people and enjoy a lot of benefits. SWIFT is at the heart of the financial world which is very interesting for people looking for that kind of knowledge.

      Cons

      Old fashioned company with a lot of processes, a lot of useless middle-management and very slow.

      Nice offices. Great colleagues. Interesting work. Truly great healthcare International travel

      Cons

      Poor senior management and too many middle managers Terrible performance management approach related to who you know not what you do. Good engineers are leaving because there are no promotions and the pay has fallen far behind other companies
