      Autocratic management style. Bureaucracy, politics and nepotism are required for career progression. Low staff turnover means the culture is in many ways still rooted in the 1960s

      Nice offices. Great colleagues. Interesting work. Truly great healthcare International travel

      Cons

      Poor senior management and too many middle managers Terrible performance management approach related to who you know not what you do. Good engineers are leaving because there are no promotions and the pay has fallen far behind other companies
