      Management and Bosses are very polite. you won't hear any disturbances from them after the shift unless you are on call. They are listening to all your suggestions and feedback. even more, they encourage you to participate and voice out your opinions.

      Cons

      It's really hard to move vertically. But moving horizontally is ok.

      Nice offices. Great colleagues. Interesting work. Truly great healthcare International travel

      Cons

      Poor senior management and too many middle managers Terrible performance management approach related to who you know not what you do. Good engineers are leaving because there are no promotions and the pay has fallen far behind other companies
