      Pros

      Excellent benefits and great work/ life balance in my experience. Plenty of opportunity to change positions in the company. Lots of opportunities for training.

      Cons

      The pay is not competitive and talent retention is a big issue. There are always talks about how team building activities and travel "aren't in the budget" but there seems to be enough money to repaint and decorate our offices with our new flashy branding.

      Nice offices. Great colleagues. Interesting work. Truly great healthcare International travel

      Cons

      Poor senior management and too many middle managers Terrible performance management approach related to who you know not what you do. Good engineers are leaving because there are no promotions and the pay has fallen far behind other companies
