      - Nepotism - Low pay and salary increments - Your experience will depend on the type of manager you get. Unfortunately a lot of them are incompetent and ego driven and your success will depend on how much you can cater to their egos. - Efficient workers are not rewarded or fairly compensated, this causes higher turnover rates and loss of valuable talent.

      Nice offices. Great colleagues. Interesting work. Truly great healthcare International travel

      Cons

      Poor senior management and too many middle managers Terrible performance management approach related to who you know not what you do. Good engineers are leaving because there are no promotions and the pay has fallen far behind other companies
