      Friendly colleagues, sector interesting and workload manageable.

      Cons

      The focus on irrelevant office presence -might make sense for larger locations where teams are co-located but nonsense for the majority teams spread across multiple locations. Monitoring presence with badge entry is over the top - undermines trust.

      Nice offices. Great colleagues. Interesting work. Truly great healthcare International travel

      Cons

      Poor senior management and too many middle managers Terrible performance management approach related to who you know not what you do. Good engineers are leaving because there are no promotions and the pay has fallen far behind other companies
