      Truly supports banks worldwide and has a a great work life balance.

      Cons

      Swift India is a sham. Run by a person who has no respect or regards for rules or people. Very few people last even a year.

      Pros

      Nice offices. Great colleagues. Interesting work. Truly great healthcare International travel

      Cons

      Poor senior management and too many middle managers Terrible performance management approach related to who you know not what you do. Good engineers are leaving because there are no promotions and the pay has fallen far behind other companies
