      A lot of manual testing, a lot of overloading sprints and never ending work. Less focus on automation. Experience depends on team but all around the work is never ending

      Newly adopted agile structure, all of the old engineers hate agile

      Nice offices. Great colleagues. Interesting work. Truly great healthcare International travel

      Cons

      Poor senior management and too many middle managers Terrible performance management approach related to who you know not what you do. Good engineers are leaving because there are no promotions and the pay has fallen far behind other companies
