Pros

Really smart, respectful and pleasant coworkers who are passionate about their work. Fine quality products. Balanced quality of life. Substantial growth in business in revenue and staff. All in all a great place to work. Majority of staff have ability to work remotely.

Cons

Through last year I would say the benefits were just OK but in 2021 they made major improvements adding a match on the 401K and creating a bonus plan. Hopefully they will continue to improve as they grow.
