Pros

Very relaxed working environment, they don’t micro manage you as long as you get your stuff done.

Cons

They don’t understand what metrics they want so they all over the place when it comes to taking call and quotas.

We are sorry to hear you feel the metrics were not clearly communicated, as we try to regularly set understandable and attainable goals, and give each employee the tools to create their own success without the need for micromanagement. Many of our Customer Service Representatives have been promoted to Director or VP-level positions, reflecting our commitment to growing our own talent. We will continue to improve our performance management processes, and always invite employees to reach out to management or HR if expectations are unclear.
