      Would say pay, but benefits are atrocious so it is hardly a pro.

      Cons

      The administration, DON, nursing supervisors are some of the worst people I have ever met. The company will always cut corners to make an extra dollar which will directly impact your job. Also beware of gas leaks- if you smell gas leave the building. DO NOT trust what the company tells you to do.
