      Pros

      Building relationships with your patients, sometimes they don't have anyone except for the staff. Working with an amazing group of CNAs and Nurses.

      Cons

      Administrator and Regional Nurse did not have the facilities best interest at heart. It was easier for them to cover up what they had done to protect themselves, than it was not to throw the DON under the bus.
