Pros
Very laid back atmosphere, the kitchen manager was wonderful! She was very flexible and understanding. At any given time we had no more than 30 residents which made getting to know them all very easy.
Cons
Lack of communication between nurses and dietary, Director of nursing at that time was horrible. Put on quite the show for residents family but didn't give a rats tail about them. Not enough help on the floor, need to have at least 2 more aides for day shift
