Pros
Nothing positive to really say about this company. I guess the benefits besides health such as vision and dental are cheap, that's about the furthest extent.
Cons
This company does not put their priorities where they should be. Which first is the residents and then the employees. This is a company that is strictly about revenue and the so called budget. A big disappointment.
