Have been working with saber for a while now. If I don't use my vacation hours they will soon be erased. Not paid to me, but deleted all together. I decided to take off three days this week and my supervisor informed me that if i wanted to take off, I would have to find a volunteer to take my place for the three days I'll be gone!! Who is gonna volunteer three days of their time with no pay! I can only imagine if i needed a week! So if i don't get volunteers to work those three days, i'll lose those hours within the next few months, along with the other extra hours I've accumulated. Shouldn't HR be in charge of this ? This doesn't seem fair that i'm put in charge of my own replacement that MUST be a VOLUNTEER
