Pros
The only pros are coworkers trying to help each other through the constant chaos and changes. There are some really good employees that I will miss more than they know.
Cons
Short staffed. Poor job training. Poor pay. Poor staff appreciation. Poor corporate support. I’ve never worked for a company with absolutely no concern for staff or residents.
