The demands trickle down from corporate to internal management in a way that creates discontent among your group. The pay is not equivalent to the duties you have. As a member of management, you’re day consists of redundant meetings and away from your job. The focus is not on resident care but rather providing a care that is mediocre until a survey team enters the building. If they’d do a little digging they’d find all the skeletons!
