TERRIBLE pay, TERRIBLE benefits, NO RESPECT from corporate, NO OPPORTUNITY for advancement, VERY GOSSIP-Y and TOP HEAVY, MICROMANAGEMENT, The company keeps buying buildings and the people at the top are EXTREMELY wealthy but are always asking everyone actually in the facilities to take unpaid time off. I have a masters degree but someone who is a nurse is making 6 figures while I cannot even get a raise of 5%? NO THANKS. They steal your ideas and take credit for them! AVOID THIS COMPANY if you want to grow and be happy!
