Corporate has no idea what they are doing. They don't even know how to use the computer software. Corporate is constantly shifting people around at the corporate level and changing policies but failing to let anyone know of the changes as they happen. They like to micromanage but never ever help. Employees are never recognized. Corporate never pays their bills so we constantly have to charge items the residents need. They send deceased people to collections. The list goes on and on...
