Where do I start? No paid holidays, no 401k match, and absolutely no sense of value or appreciation. If you do anything, look into Sabers recent lawsuit, a red flag in itself. Corporate does a great job at making it seem like they care and that it’s awesome place to work. You will spend more time doing “compliance” tasks than actually doing your job. Corporate is shady and unethical. Management at the facility level is okay, they are genuine people but unfortunately have their hands tied and are used as puppets by corporate. They only care about making a profit and do not care about the human lives they are responsible for.
