Pros
So so benefits dental, vision, health. You can set up 401k but there is no matching. Corporate is helpful but sometimes you just feel like there is no support. Unrealistic expectations for certain areas of your job. I am in a building that has a really good Administrator who is quite knowledgeable and very easy to work for. If you're looking to work in long term care/skilled nursing business Office setting I would hands down say Saber is the best there is. They do have really good systems implemented to guide you through but if you are someone that wants extensive training and explanations on things this is probably not the company for you. It's kind of like a sink or swim situation. I had been there three and a half months before I ever went to new Business Office Manager training at the Corporate office. On another note though you have contacts and a regional field specialist you can always reach out to. I have put everything under pros just because I can't honestly say there are any cons, I think there are things they could work on and improve upon but when it comes down to it every company has those same issues. You can make a great career within Saber Healthcare and climb your way up the ladder it just isn't for me anymore. If you are still reading this that seems to me you are interested in this position so go for it! I wish the best for you just stay positive and ask the why questions they do not mind explaining them to you. Good luck on your Journey!!
Cons
I do not have any cons, I believe everyone is different and what I consider a con someone else might not. I have given a very from the heart personal review of my experiences there but I want it to be very surface level because I know they've been good to me so I will never trash this company.
