Terrible - Certified Nursing Assistant CNA Saber Healthcare Group Employee Review

Ok pay. Benefits are not great. Staff is terrible to peers especially management. All rules do not apply to everyone. Super understaffed because of the lack of professionalism and it falls bwck on residents. Impossible to efficiently drop your job and they suffer. No running water when I started & then only cold water and no wipes it was sad. Staff is very hard to work with unless you know someone you get zero help.
