      Communication, Communication, Communication, This is what makes my job great. The communication with management to the floor staff is wonderful. You have to lead by example and the DON does just that. She is firm but understanding, You will always know what's going on because she will communicate effectively.

      Cons

      Healthcare in any setting is a tiring job no matter where you work.
