Pros
Let me be the first to reiterate this used to be a great place to work. Fantastic environment - great work from home options, good benefits, spot bonuses for job well done. All that changed with the IPO. The only people I would suggest working here are those who are looking to start a career or those who are looking for a place to get a job to climb the ladder at a different company. You won't stay for long... or at least shouldn't. Health benefits are good.
Cons
Management is a bunch of outsider idiots. I wouldn't be surprised if the company goes bankrupt at some point. Profits are hidden by reducing staff at the end of fiscal year. Layoffs happen often and sparatically. Candidates are often misled - believing the job they accepted ends up being something totally different. There's no budget for anything. THIS IS NOT A TECH COMPANY! This is a fee based solution the travel industry is forced to used and hates. It's legacy tech.
