Pros
Flexible working hours. Work from Home. There are some very smart open people from which anyone can learn really lot off.
Cons
Lot of lay offs, 1000 fired people about 10% of company in last year. They do large lay offs every few years. Extremely poor leadership. There are lot of managers which uses bad micromanagement style. Lot of technical debt without plan to solve it. There are projects without bringing profit or with very small profit in the company and someone in such project is promoted from supervisor through manager to director position.
