- Majority of employees are good and talented people. - Many exciting projects with good opportunities to learn and move around. - Compensation and cafeteria are good.
Cons
- Executives at all levels lack clear vision, non-supportive and consistently flip-flop decisions. - Engineering teams live in their own world and don't interface well with product marketing. Probably due to poor integration of acquired companies. - "Throw under the bus" mentality across many teams instead of productive collaboration. - Unmanaged / ad hoc marketing and product launch procedures. - Many customer complaints about quality and promised releases / features - Regular layoffs.
