Pros
Sabre has a great internal culture that fosters strong working relationships and teamwork. Due to Sabre's large business processes/structure and small business atmosphere, there's a genuine "family" culture. They provide external training that is deemed pertinent to your position and will benefit your career.
Cons
Management is difficult to communicate with and goals/objectives are not established at the onset of employment. Salaries are below average and informal training and mentorship is sparse.
