Benefits that larger corporations may offer are not available to all employees, like paid time off, vacation, 401k match, dental, and vision insurance. However, I knew coming into this role that these would not be offered at this time, and I was okay with that. I signed the job offer, so I knew what I was getting into. I'm confident the executives are taking this into consideration since 401k was recently implemented as a benefit after employee feedback was given. Saela is still considerably young, and the US is also headed towards a recession (news flash: everyone is struggling), so I'm comfortable knowing that as the economy becomes more stable, these benefits will be available in the future.
