Pros

The Biggest “Pro” about Safe Haven is the atmosphere, we are a family and really use each other for support. It isn’t the easiest job in the world, but the amount of work you put in will be the amount of money you get out. It takes hard work and determination, anyone who fails at this job didn’t fail because the company didn’t support them. You must be willing to work hard to make a lot of money, that’s not rocket science. There are ample opportunities for help and training. I have had trainers stay hours past to help me succeed. That being said, if you come into this job ready to put some work in, this company will bend over backwards to make sure you succeed.

Cons

I hate seeing talented individuals come in and get discouraged because they don’t see the big money right away. This type of selling is an art from and needs to be refined for one to be successful (there are also people who make great money right away as well) So the biggest Con is that they hire people who aren’t willing to put in the work, and those people complain and tarnish this position because they blame the job and not themselves. Once you get the job down and understand what it takes, no one can get in your way.

Pros

Good company culture, pretty good pay if you are good at knocking on doors. Pretty good benefits. Health, Vision, Dental, 401k.

Cons

The worst thing is the hours. You have to be knocking on doors from 2:30 till 8:30 p.m. no appointments, no real plan. They just give you a list of addresses and you go see who you can find at home. Not super crazy about the training and how they teach you to greet the homeowners at the door. I don't like to "mislead" by saying things that aren't completely true. They tell you the average rep sells 12 deals a month but the numbers don't show that. Turnover is crazy! People are in and out of this company very quickly. Only a few survive and stick around just long enough to find something else so they can spend some time with their family.
