Pros

Nice that they offer Benefits and a $500 a week draw. Good Sales Pitch. OK Job if you don't mind being tracked through a GPS and Knocking Doors in the Dark when the time changes. They do promote from within.

Cons

Micro managed with 6 day work week...Daily meetings starting at 11am working 60 hours a week. No personal life

We are aware that this job is not ideal for some people but many have found a great deal of success with little to no previous experience in sales. Those that put in the most hours and show true dedication have been the individuals that often get promoted to management levels.

Pros

Good company culture, pretty good pay if you are good at knocking on doors. Pretty good benefits. Health, Vision, Dental, 401k.

Cons

The worst thing is the hours. You have to be knocking on doors from 2:30 till 8:30 p.m. no appointments, no real plan. They just give you a list of addresses and you go see who you can find at home. Not super crazy about the training and how they teach you to greet the homeowners at the door. I don't like to "mislead" by saying things that aren't completely true. They tell you the average rep sells 12 deals a month but the numbers don't show that. Turnover is crazy! People are in and out of this company very quickly. Only a few survive and stick around just long enough to find something else so they can spend some time with their family.
