Pros

Great work/Life balance. Sales Director is good and to the point. Typical call center environment similar to freightquote or home advisor. Relaxed dress code on Friday. Social environment, meet alot of nice people. Cash spiffs daily.

Cons

Lacks professionalism at times. Managers dating employees, those employees get promoted, etc. If you want highschool all over again this place is for you. Horrible training, go over everything once and no follow-up, at the time trained by a manager that was too overwhelmed with other duties to train new hires. Commission does not come as easy as they make it sound. Your calling the rudest people on the planet, Realtors. Lack of integrity with phone scripts and program overall. Basically call realtors and tell them the home they just closed on had a previous alarm system monitored by ADT, although noone really knows if there was an alarm system or not. Overall sense that your job is on the line if you dont close "deals", although its never actually said. Promote people into management positions that are not ready to lead.

Pros

Good company culture, pretty good pay if you are good at knocking on doors. Pretty good benefits. Health, Vision, Dental, 401k.

Cons

The worst thing is the hours. You have to be knocking on doors from 2:30 till 8:30 p.m. no appointments, no real plan. They just give you a list of addresses and you go see who you can find at home. Not super crazy about the training and how they teach you to greet the homeowners at the door. I don't like to "mislead" by saying things that aren't completely true. They tell you the average rep sells 12 deals a month but the numbers don't show that. Turnover is crazy! People are in and out of this company very quickly. Only a few survive and stick around just long enough to find something else so they can spend some time with their family.
