Pay is good if you sell. Hours of work are reasonable and you have weekends off.
Cons
JOB SECURITY!!! Worst ever with their outlook on employees. You are just a number and you better not ever think otherwise. Doesn’t matter what your profession was before, now you’re a pee on and will not be valued at all. Your position here is not needed. You are replaceable. You will get fired if you don’t sell more than 5 in your first month. Easily said, although not so much because you’re cold calling realtors. Fake $200 giftcard they send out. It’s just to get the sale and then the company stiffs the customer. Worst by far and I personally wouldn’t recommend anyone working there or even getting their services. I want to work for a company that has great job security and has a great work environment. Doesn’t matter how much money you make if you’re miserable doing it.
