On day one, I heard the head of HR use a racial slur. The national manager was very upfront about drug use within the corporate headquarters. They refer to their non-management employees as 'turds'. This was, by far, the single most toxic environment I've ever encountered in my life. They are also very open about the fact that more than 90% of the people they hire all quit within 2 or 3 months. Out of the 10 people I became close with in training, all of us quit within a month because the company demands that you work 80 hours a week and expects you to take 0 days off. If you get involved with this company, I believe you will damage your career more than you can realize. The culture at Safe Haven Security is to lie, cheat, and steal. They also have the worst medical benefits I've ever seen.
