If you do not possess the tolerance for criticism, please do not read any further, because you're going to have a bad time. Sketchy business practices. People are treated like numbers. No accountability from management. Nepotism, favoritism, racism, sexism. Supposedly a startup, buy been around for 12 years and keeps rebranding. Health insurance is provided by the parent company, Alechera Incorporated, which is a Korean tech company. No hospital I contacted had heard of it. Number takes you to home office in Walnut Creek. Super odd. No one remembers the 1,000 times you said yes, just the 1 time you said no. The constant feeling and often confirmation that what you are doing might be wrong. No room for growth. Promotions are based on stroking egos and keeping your head low, not performance. Even then, they feel lateral at best.
