Pros
They are willing to support your career growth, although slow sometimes. The work is very independent, and it feels almost like being self employed. The length of your day is determined by when you complete your jobs. When you're done, you're done. You are also given a company vehicle and tools to do the work, so it doesn't cost you anything to go to work, which is a huge plus to working for safelite. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my employment with safelite.
Cons
Somewhat dissatisfied with the compensation. Although you do get piece work, you rarely get enough jobs for the week to make the cutoff for the bonus. Not the worst pay I've ever had. Thus far it's the best actually. But I'm looking for something more. Or maybe it's just the bills I have to pay, idk.
