Amazing culture that puts people first - this means associates always feel they matter and that their needs will be met, exceeding all my expectations. Stable company - Safelite recently celebrated its 70th anniversary and you feel safe in knowing your job is secure. All levels of management lead in a positive way, providing ongoing support and development, and go out of their way to show they care about you as a person. Nice perks - social events, special lunches, offsite meetings at fun places, food trucks, on site cafeteria, etc. Even the free coffee is great quality, a first for me. Your coworkers make you feel a part of things - you're never on an island here. Everyone goes out of their way to include you and make you feel special - including upper level management. They're receptive to your ideas and appreciative of your contributions. From the very start, you truly love your coworkers here - they are the friendliest, most positive and most committed to their jobs of any place I've ever worked. Great work/life balance. Salary for what I do is excellent and this kind of compensation makes me feel appreciated. Coupled with the ongoing expressions of appreciation by management, I feel extremely valued. Recognition here is amazing - I get positive feedback and praise often, and am rewarded for exceptional work. We also have a great company award program. In no time, you feel the "Safelite Spirit," and get excited about making a difference, developing a service mindset and can-do attitude and showing a caring heart by getting involved in giving back to others. The most "feel good" work environment possible - I genuinely look forward to coming to work and have every intention of staying here until I retire. Would never even consider going elsewhere.
