Pros
A SMALL Weekly Pay Check
Cons
Lies that start during the interview and continue on through your last day with the company. Hemorrhaging supervisors-had 10 supervisors in my last 2 years there-no raises during that time either as a matter of fact I was forced to take a pay cut or resign during the pandemic. Communication is poor at best-usually non existant. Follow up training is a very rare thing indeed. You end up taking a lot of calls for accounts that you have no knowledge of or training in. It's very difficult to reach a supervlsor as they staff the supervisor phone line with regular employees. Most of the supervisors there are supervisors in title only as they've no idea what is going on either. I went from being ignored for a year with no graded phone calls for 9 months to being micromanaged-they will tell you if your mouse doesn't move for 2 mins and ask what you were doing during that time. I gave a 2 weeks notice when I left and I worked it off-never once did anyone talk to me about my HSA, 401K, or health insurance end date during that time. I was told that I'd receive a letter which never came in the mail and a shipping label so as to return their equipment which also never arrived. You will work off the clock a lot-like 5000 dollars in 3.5 years. They're always willing to send you home without pay when things happen even if you have PTO in the bank. They lack integrity as a company and are very dishonest when interviewing about things such as salary-my salary was cut on more than one occassion and my hours during training were cut as well. HR is under lock and key in an undisclosed location-unreachable!! They say that they value their employees but the way that they treat their employees would indicate otherwise. They also say that a caring heart is a company value but they set their employees up for failure between the lack of training and the lack of supervisor support. Morale among the workers is rock bottom for a reason-they are overworked and underpaid. Meanwhile, the company keeps acquiring other glass companies so as to eliminate the competition and boasting record profits while their workers are forced to find other employment that will pay better. Navigating the benefits as a disabled person was very difficult and I was blamed for failing to do so properly. Upper management makes a lot of promises to the clientele that we just don't have the staffing levels to deliver. Upper management also does and says a number of things to make themselves look/sound good without actually coming through for their workers-you ever get a bonus of several thousand in fake money because I did when I worked there. It was a retention bonus so they kept it when I left. I was treated quite poorly during my time there and on my way out. I had to do their job for them and that made me angry.
