It's all about passing the buck at this company. If a job needs to be rescheduled, it is the technician's fault, bad or faulty glass, technician's fault. Wrong part, the technician should've known what the right part was before they got to the customer despite having no control over what windshields or other glass is assigned to us. Management does not bear any responsibility for anything They constantly dangle raises over your head saying your numbers determine your outcome, but once you track your numbers and how many you do, you find out you've done more than what has been reported on documentation.
