Pros

Paid weekly. My manager was amazing and very supportive.

Cons

Very minimal training and no universal training- training is up to managers. My training consisted of 3 days listing to coworkers live calls and then they put me on the phones. Everything else I had to learn myself. Be prepared to be treated horribly by other coworkers. The representatives in the corporate office- Customer Care, Referrals, Agency Care, ect are normally extremely rude and don’t know what they are doing and most of the times will just transfer the Cust for no reason. When upper management is told about this they say that’s what they are allowed to do so there is not accountability. Stores won’t leave notes in the Work orders and then will get upset when you have to call to find out what is going on with the customer. Some stores won’t even regularly answer their phones when so you don’t have anything to actually help the customer. The location I’m located in has not accountability for their techs or store personnel. I have seen Techs Shirtless while working on vehicles. I have seen tech have blue lives matter flags and other political symbols and slogans on work vans. I have heard a lot of homophobic, transphobic, racist and misogynistic things. Techs and CAs will talk about customers and how they would love to do sexual things to that customer. Managers have joked about how they probably could fill a room up with HR complaints. On top of all this pay is not competitive despite the company saying it is. Over all one of the worst companies I’ve worked for. I loved my manager but the company and thr majority of the people they hire are horrible.

Pros

Working hours, easy to learn, great environment.

Cons

The 1 minute late, rule. If you’re ONE minute late from break, lunch, or even clocking in.. it counts toward your “infractions”. You can only get 3 for the first 60 days. Even if your wifi goes out, you get sick.. anything. It counts.

Pros

The fact that they will teach you and train you to install Auto Glass? Cannot answer this truthfully

Cons

I've applied twice to the tech training position. The first time I thought that I may have made an error? The Yellow Brick Rd location had adds for 18 positions available. I applied again fixing what I thought the issue to be. I was again sent an email that they were not moving to the next step with me. This makes ZERO sense. I was just recently a slot tech out of Horseshoe. I also was a tech for a company that handed a few interior pieces for Amtrak.
