They offer a chance to leave early if calls are slow. Pay is low @$16.50 and only get a raise after a year. Discount on wipers.

Low pay raise once a year. Strick KPI's reguarding selling wpers and their version of RainX to the point if you don't try and sell to everyone they will fire you. No path to move up other than take on extra call splits to add more work for same pay.

Tons of extra overtime pay, opportunity for your pay to change by 5 or 10 percent in either direction twice a year, completely free from corporate communication, bonuses will be held and never paid out so you dont have to worry about saving it yourself! Cheers to the belron "thank you" (more like a belron "screw you") they gave us years ago and I never saw a dime of before I left.

Whoops all loaned out to other shops, little to no warning or planning
You dont matter to anyone in your chain of command
They want you to feel like you can talk to them.. but not to actually do it.
No follow up from management, everything is out of their hands and yadda yadda yadda
