Pros

People seem nice. Training is 30 days and system is scripted.

Cons

Can't not be 1 minute late, you will received a unexcused absence. You have to be good at selling product or you will be put on a 6 month warning period. Every if fthe customer say no, the company wants you to be persuasive. Tone on the phone has to be upbeat at all time or you get a coaching. You must ask every question no matter what. Scheduling the appointment is mandatory if not you get a coaching (even if the customer requested to waiting on schedule for the repair for whatever reason) Do not use any AUX you get in trouble. Do not use the wrong Aux, even if it was by accident, you will get in trouble.

Pros

Tons of extra overtime pay, opportunity for your pay to change by 5 or 10 percent in either direction twice a year, completely free from corporate communication, bonuses will be held and never paid out so you dont have to worry about saving it yourself! Cheers to the belron "thank you" (more like a belron "screw you") they gave us years ago and I never saw a dime of before I left.

Cons

Surprise! Six day weeks. Maybe 7 we dont know. Whoops all loaned out to other shops, little to no warning or planning You dont matter to anyone in your chain of command They want you to feel like you can talk to them.. but not to actually do it. No follow up from management, everything is out of their hands and yadda yadda yadda
