Pros
You get to work from home
Cons
They have ZERO flexibility with their employees. I asked to leave 5 minutes early one day and they said that is considered "shift abandonment" and I would get a final notice of employment. They take no responsibility for THEIR systems malfunctioning. They always think it's your ISP and never their issue even though it is. Then when you reach out to IT, you have to call off for the rest of the day to call your ISP and you get in trouble for that too. If you request a day off, it's more than likely to get denied even if you ask for no pay that day. They want you to check your adherence throughout the day and you have to be on the phones 93% of the day and if not, you get in trouble. People call in to just get a quote for a windshield in cash and you get in trouble if you don't schedule them. Also, you get scheduled lunches and breaks and 1 minute late is late. If you are late going to break or lunch then you have to submit a time edit to your job coach to approve so you will still be in adherence. If you like being trapped in your own home for 8 hours a day and like to be watched like a hawk then this is for you.
