Company prioritizes call volume to make money and then doesn’t offer but a $.50-.60 cent raise each year with no Holiday bonus. They keep uptraining employees to take on additional tasks and call volume with no monetary incentive. Weekends required. Short staffed. High turnover. No flexibility despite working in your own home.
