Pros

Great community even when working remotely. Everyone supports each other and all have a huge desire to care for pets and their owners especially in an emergency situation and want to help them live long healthy lives. There is an extremely high level of attention to detail to ensure accurate and efficient assistance to each and every pet.

Cons

Remote work may not be for everyone. 24/7 company so shifts may be any time of the day or night and weekends are mandatory as are holidays on rotation.

Working from home. Equipment provided.

Cons

Call center work. Horrible callers. Feel like a prisoner in your own home as your bathroom breaks are scheduled for you. Lots of documentation and going back to back on calls. Company prioritizes call volume to make money and then doesn’t offer but a $.50-.60 cent raise each year with no Holiday bonus. They keep uptraining employees to take on additional tasks and call volume with no monetary incentive. Weekends required. Short staffed. High turnover. No flexibility despite working in your own home.
