      You work with good people and you make decent money

      Cons

      Corners are cut almost every week and if you have a bad manager or supervisor, there is no way to tell anybody or talk to someone about it! Often, even if something is out of your control, you are still reprimanded for it. If you ask for help, you rarely get it.

      Fun job for some exercise, and possibly shopping for yourself

      Expectations are constantly increasing, management often doesn’t understand the needs for the department
